Passionate about Training Direct Sales Consultants is Shari's life passion. She founded Average to Excellence in 2008 committed to making a positive impact on the direct sales industry. Shari's experience in the field and as a direct sales corporate executive enables her solve any challenge direct sales party plan consultants, leaders, and their companies may face.
Amy Unger
Amy started her career with Procter & Gamble, leading consumer research and strategic planning. She's continued that journey in various capacities throughout her career, most recently as Lead Trainer and Facilitator, where she has done workplace coaching, and facilitating soft skills training for numerous organizations. When you meet her, she'll probably be wearing sky-high heels and a smile on her face. And she's a good friend of CJ's, so you know she must be ok...
Jody Hoffman
Jody Hoffman is doTERRA Diamond. She and her husband Bill work their business full time with their 6 children. Jody’s passion for empowering people and background in adult education and party plan inspires her to help entrepreneurs expand their warm markets, educate their customers, use social media to their advantage and find their own way of running their business.

It was in the summer of 2014 while running her own direct sales business and manually posting on a date night that Corey came up with the idea for PostMyParty to which Daniel responded “I can build that!”. One year later PostMyParty was launched and they haven’t looked back! While working with FB isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, Corey has learned to roll with the waves, that the greatest things in life are the moments we share, and to never stop dreaming!

She’s got 17 years of experience in the direct selling community with a focus on Relationship Marketing. (Which is just a fancy term that means she teaches you how to build customer loyalty and long-lasting success instead of short-term results.)
She loves laughing, queso and Jesus. She’s a stay-at-Target mom to three awesome kiddos (16, 13 and 5) and a newlywed to a real-life PI! Her hobbies include napping, yard sale-ing, glamping and scrolling Facebook.

Fun Things to do in Fayetteville
Fayetteville is a cool little city in North Carolina with THE largest military post in the world, Fort Bragg. The Airborne and Special Operations Museum has exhibits on U.S. Army history, and a motion simulator. The riverside Cape Fear Botanical Garden has plant species like camellias and daffodils, plus a children's garden. The Museum of the Cape Fear Historical Complex explores local cultural heritage, and includes Arsenal Park and the 1897 Poe House, a late-Victorian house museum.
